How does the process work?
Earn instant cash or 40% in trade value. We offer 30% of what we price the items in cash. We pay a higher percentage for brands like LuLu Lemon, Free People or Anthropologie. We pay a little less for mass produced brands.
What's the benefit of store credit?
To maximize your payout, trade in with us. We pay 10% more in cash value than in trade value. Store credit never expires and is on your account when you are ready to spend it. You can also use your store credit on all products including home and gift.
Can I drop off my items at any time?
Due to our limited staff we do not accept drop-ins at this time. In order to sell with us it must be by appointment only.
How do I bring in my items?
We ask that you bring your items in a reusable bin or bag and not a garbage bag. All items must be neatly folded. No hangers.
What items do you take?
We love modern high quality brands. Such as Everlane, Madewell, and Athleta. Along with brands like Zara, ASOS, Aerie and other middle of the way brands.
What sizes do you take?
We accept all sizes 000-20 and XS to XXL. We of course also accept plus size! We prefer gently used clothing or clothing new with tags.
What items don't you take?
We accept only women's and unisex clothing, such as vintage men's Levi’s or oversized button-ups. We do not accept men's clothing (unless unisex), children's, juniors, or junior sizes. Additionally, we cannot accept damaged items with holes, stains, or excessive wear. Designer and luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Prada are not accepted at this time. Under no circumstances do we take undergarments, including underwear, bras, slips, socks, or shapewear. We also do not accept swimwear, costumes, or jewelry.
What condition should my items be in?
Items should be in a 'like new' condition. This means they should be freshly laundered or dry cleaned, no holes, no missing buttons, no stains, etc. No items will be accepted that have pet hair. Please bring your items in reusable bags or boxes and not a trash bag.
How many items can I bring?
Due to limited staff we ask that you do not bring more than 30 items at a time. If you would like to bring more we recommend booking two appointments back to back so you can bring up to 60 items.
